NOTE FOR FALL
Please note that we cannot reserve boxes of oysters, for anyone, for any occasion, unless they are ordered the Friday of the week before you need them. Our oysters are delivered on Thursday morning, but we have to order the Friday before. So, if you want to reserve oysters, we need to know the Friday a week before you need them. However, rarely do we run out of oysters, so picking up a box (or even two) is almost always a possibility; just remember that we cannot hold them for you without some serious advance notice.
HOLIDAY NOTE: We are trying to get an idea of how many people want boxes of oysters in the shell, as well as shucked oysters, so that we may order accordingly. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are planning to pick up any oysters.

GULF COAST OYSTERS
We get our oysters every week from Bon Secour Fisheries in Bon Secour, AL. They are from the Gulf and are available YEAR ROUND. Obviously, in the summer, the oysters are spawning, so they are significantly smaller -- but still edible and perfectly tasty!
